1. Purpose

The Wordans+ Loyalty Programme (“Wordans+”) is designed to reward eligible customers for their purchases and engagement with the Wordans platform and community. Participation in Wordans+ is free of charge, and subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

2. Eligibility

To become a “member” of Wordans+, whether you are an individual or a business, you just need to create a Personal or Company Account on any official Wordans website or mobile app, operating under the Wordans+ programme, and then actively enrol in the Wordans+ programme by following the on-screen instructions. To earn and redeem points, just log in to your Wordans+ account and use your available points during checkout.

Existing Wordans account holders can start earning points once they have completed the enrolment process in Wordans+ programme, but previous transactions or interactions will not be eligible for earning points.

By becoming a member and participating, you agree to our Terms and Conditions as well as the associated Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy.

Members must be of legal age under local regulations to participate or act with proven parental or legal guardian consent, where applicable. Otherwise, your membership may be revoked and your points forfeited.

When you join Wordans+, you agree to provide and maintain true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as indicated on the Wordans account registration form.

Members may be required to update their web or app account environment to continue accessing Wordans+ functionalities. We shall not be liable for any impact arising from the lack of such updates.

By joining the Wordans+ programme, members agree to receive transactional communications related to their membership, including updates about point balances, reward availability, programme changes, and other notifications. These communications are necessary for the operation of the programme and cannot be opted out of without cancelling membership.

3. Earning Points

• Members earn 1 point for every €1 (one euro) spent on eligible purchases (excluding VAT, shipping, discounts, and refunds).
   
• Points are earned based on the order subtotal, and fractional points are rounded up/down at Wordans’ discretion (typically, <5 down, ≥ 5 up).
   
• Members will receive a one-time bonus of 50 points for their first purchase made through the Wordans App, provided the order is linked to a logged-in account using the standard checkout process (not express checkout).
   
• Points and bonuses are granted once an order is placed, but can only be redeemed after a 14-day period during which the order has not been returned. If a purchase is returned after this period, the corresponding points or bonuses will be deducted from the member’s balance.
   
• A welcome bonus of 50 points will be awarded upon account creation and enrolment in the Wordans+ programme. Existing company accounts, especially those selected by the Wordans sales team, may be contacted to receive a one-time bonus based on their historical spending and purchasing patterns.
   
• Members may also earn referral bonuses: 100 points for the referrer and 100 points for the referee, once the latter completes a purchase that is neither returned nor refunded. Points are subject to approval. The referee must use a valid referral link when placing the order. The 100-point bonus will be granted to both parties upon successful completion of an eligible purchase. The referral option is made available after the order confirmation.
   
• Members can earn 25 points for each publicly visible product review, up to a maximum of 15 reviews per calendar year. Points may also be awarded for participating in the Wordans community, as communicated by Wordans.
   
• Additional point-earning opportunities may be offered during promotions, events or campaigns, which will be displayed in the Wordans website or mobile app.
   
• Members who subscribe to the Wordans newsletter for the first time may receive a one-time bonus of 50 points. Points will only be awarded if the subscription is linked to the same email address used for the Wordans account. Wordans reserves the right to withhold or revoke points in case of duplicate or abusive sign-ups.
   
• A maximum of 50,000 points may be held in an account at any given time. Any additional points earned beyond this threshold will not be awarded.

4. Redeeming Points and Rewards

• Points are not automatically applied at checkout.
   
• Members can choose to redeem their available points at checkout of an eligible purchase or accumulate them for future use, subject to expiry, by selecting the relevant option.
   
• Only up to 20% of the total products’ price may be paid using redeemed loyalty points.
   
• Redemption is subject to minimum thresholds and cannot be used to pay taxes, shipping or fees.
   
• Redeemed points cannot be restored once used.
   
• Points have no cash value and are non-transferable.
   
• Certain rewards will be conditional upon your acceptance of additional terms and conditions applicable to such rewards, which will be made available to you when you redeem the reward.
   
• Points may only be redeemed in the form of the following rewards:
   
  • Discounts: Points may only be redeemed in the form of discounts applicable to purchases on the Wordans website or app.
     
    • Members can redeem points once they have accumulated at least 200 points, which grants a €5 discount. Redemption is cumulative, meaning, for example, 400 points grant a €10 discount.
       
    • Cumulated points must be used in full in a single transaction, subject to the limitations stated above, and cannot be split across multiple orders. Any unused value of the applied discount will not be refunded.
       
    • Discounts will only apply to the products’ price, excluding shipping costs, taxes, and service fees.
       
    • Discounts may have limited validity periods or maximum value limits, which will be clearly communicated at the time of redemption.
       
    • Certain product exclusions may apply.
       
    • Discounts cannot be combined with other promotional offers or campaigns (e.g. seasonal sales, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, or similar events).
       
    • Discounts are intended for personal, non-commercial use only and may not be sold or used for promotional or marketing purposes (e.g. giveaways or prize campaigns). Wordans reserves the right to void any discount that is suspected to have been transferred, resold, or obtained through unauthorised promotional activities.
       
  • Extra Benefits: Wordans+ members may have access to the following benefits, subject to availability and applicable conditions:

    • Priority support and specialised assistance via Wordans+ contact form
       
• Specific rewards or additional benefits are available while supplies last and may be subject to change, suspension, limitation and substitution by us, at our discretion, at any time and without notice.
   
• Members can view their awarded and validated points, available point-earning opportunities, and the full Wordans+ terms and conditions by accessing the Wordans+ section within their Wordans account, available through the 'My Account' area on the website or mobile app.

5. Limitations and Exclusions

• Points will not be validated for:

  • Cancelled or refunded orders

  • Orders paid entirely with loyalty points

  • Shipping costs, taxes, or service fees

• Points are:

  • Non-transferable

  • Non-refundable

  • Not exchangeable for cash

  • Not valid across multiple accounts

Wordans reserves the right to correct or revoke points in cases of misuse, fraud, technical errors or breach of these terms, and may result in disqualification from other current and future promotions. 

6. Validity and Expiry

• Points remain valid for 12 months from the date they are earned, expiring periodically.
   
• If no purchase is made during a continuous 12-month period, the member’s points balance will automatically expire.

7. Programme Modification

Wordans may modify, suspend or terminate the Wordans+ programme or its features at any time, with or without notice, in accordance with applicable laws. Any changes will not affect points already earned, but may affect how they can be redeemed or vary the offered rewards.

Wordans shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of this Wordans+ programme due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

8. Membership Termination

We may cancel your subscription to Wordans+ at any time, if we determine that a) you do not meet the eligibility requirements; b) you have breached any of these terms, any of our Terms and Conditions, or any applicable law or regulation; or c) you have engaged in any fraud, misrepresentation, or other abuse of the Wordans+ programme. Accordingly, your membership will also be over in the event we decide to terminate the Wordans+ programme.

Members may cancel their membership to Wordans+ at any time via their account settings or by contacting Customer Service via our Contact Form. Naturally, your membership shall be automatically cancelled if you delete your Wordans account. 

Upon cancellation, all unused points will be forfeited. For personal data, the provisions of the Privacy Policy shall prevail.

9. Disclaimer

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT, EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED HEREIN, THE WORDANS+ PROGRAMME IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS-IS” AND “AS-AVAILABLE” BASIS AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF TITLE, MERCHANTABILITY, ACCURACY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, SECURITY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WHEREVER PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT WE WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIMS, DAMAGES, JUDGMENTS, CHARGES, OR FEES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR ACCESS TO THE WORDANS+ PROGRAMME OR TRANSACTIONS THAT OCCUR THROUGH THE WORDANS+ PROGRAMME, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DIRECT DAMAGES, COMPENSATORY DAMAGES, INDIRECT DAMAGES, CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SPECIAL DAMAGES, INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, PUNITIVE DAMAGES, EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, COSTS AND ATTORNEYS' FEES, DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF ERRORS OR OMISSIONS, AND DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE UNAVAILABILITY OF THE WORDANS+ PROGRAMME OR DOWNTIME. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOUR PARTICIPATION ON THE WORDANS+ PROGRAMME IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

Notwithstanding the aforementioned, our total liability to you for any loss or damage suffered by you arising out of or in connection with the Wordans+ programme or these terms, whether in tort (including negligence) or breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, shall not exceed EUR 100.

10. Data Protection

Participation in Wordans+ requires processing of certain personal data, such as order history and account activity. Wordans will process all such data in line with its Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy, and applicable data protection laws.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the country where the member account was registered, in accordance with the Wordans web domain. In case of dispute, the competent courts of that jurisdiction shall apply.
