Can I pick up my order?
Wordans.com is an online-based shop, so we do not have any physical storefronts. We ship everything directly from our warehouses right to your door for your own convenience. Our warehouses are mainly located in North American and Europe. Therefore, there is a chance that your order's items have to be ordered from overseas. So, please bear in mind that there is a possibility that your order might get stuck in customs.

When will I receive my order?
